Premature (Early) Ejaculation

Premature ejaculation occurs when a man ejaculates sooner during sexual intercourse than he or his partner would like. Approximately 1 out of 3 men experience this problem at some time. The man feels incapable to satisfy his partner, leaving him frustrated and even embarrassed, especially with a permanent partner who complains about his early and sudden ejaculation. This situation causes both partners an unpleasant and "deficient" sexual life. As a result, the couple avoids sexual encounters, aggravating the problem.

The man who climaxes prematurely experiences it as a subjective problem, but also as an objective difficulty in controlling the time it takes to consider sexual intercourse "right" and "complete". That is why the scientific definition of premature ejaculation was delimited during the first minute of the intravaginal sexual act. However, the situation is far more painful and difficult for the couple, since the “right” time of the sexual act is determined by the two companions aiming at their satisfaction.
